LOUIS Toolkit Privacy Policy
The LOUIS Toolkit is a software as a service platform and our customers. This policy provides a summary of the signed Client Agreement which takes precedence.

Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to inform users of our services of the following:
- What information we collect;
- How that data will be used;
- Who will have access to the data; and
- The rights of service users.
Confidentiality of Client Data
You own your data and retain all right, title and interest in it.
We will treat all your data as confidential, and will not use or disclose your data for any purpose other than providing access to the Service and providing the Additional Services, provided that We may disclose your data where required to do so by law, or order of a court or other authority having the jurisdiction over Us to compel production of documents.
We accept no responsibility to review, screen, filter or otherwise approve your data, provided that We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove from our systems any of your data that we believe is in violation of any term or condition of this Agreement.
We will retain your data during the Term of this Agreement and for one (1) year following the expiry of the Term or termination of this Agreement, following which time We have no obligation to retain your data and may delete or destroy your data without notice to You, and without any liability whatsoever to You.
During the Term, We will make commercially reasonable efforts to recover your data accidentally or inadvertently deleted by You. We provide no warranty, condition or guarantee that efforts to recover your data will succeed.
All Confidential Information gathered under this Agreement shall remain the property of You and only be used by Us for the completion of Services under this Agreement.
If We are required by law to disclose Confidential Information, We will provide written notice of this request to You (unless prohibited by law from doing so) so as to permit You to have an opportunity, if possible, to take steps to attempt to oppose disclosure, or to limit or protect your Confidential Information.
